Cancellation and Refund Policy

Craftiuatelierol offers the following cancellation and refund options for our online painting courses:

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

Within 7 Days of Enrollment

If you request a refund within 7 days of course enrollment and have accessed less than 25% of the course content, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

Within 14 Days of Enrollment

If you request a refund within 14 days of course enrollment and have accessed less than 50% of the course content, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of the course accessed.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after 14 days of enrollment are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing course access or documented medical emergencies.

How to Request a Refund

  • We will respond within 5 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Courses accessed beyond the refund eligibility period
  • Completed courses or courses with more than 75% content accessed
  • Materials or supplies purchased separately (not included in course fees)
  • Processing fees, if applicable

Course Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we cancel a course, enrolled students will receive:

  • A full refund of course fees
  • Notification at least 7 days before the scheduled start date
  • Option to transfer enrollment to another available course

Access Period Extensions

If you need additional time to complete a course, you may request an extension of your access period. Extension requests are subject to approval and may incur additional fees. Contact us to discuss extension options.

Transfer of Enrollment

You may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course, subject to availability and within the refund eligibility period. Transfer requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your refund request, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all requests.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Once your refund request is approved, processing typically takes 5-10 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 14 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for enrollment.

If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method. We may require verification before processing refunds to alternative methods.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be calculated based on:

  • The percentage of course content accessed
  • Time elapsed since enrollment
  • Services already provided (live sessions attended, feedback received)
  • Any discounts or promotions applied to the original enrollment

Partial refund calculations are provided in writing before processing to ensure transparency.

Special Circumstances

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent course completion. Special consideration may be given for:

  • Documented medical emergencies
  • Technical issues preventing course access that we cannot resolve
  • Course cancellation or significant modification by us
